SAP nearshoring
BPEA CONSULTING offers the SAP nearshoring service to large (primarily international) corporations interested in reducing costs of maintenance and development of SAP solutions while maintaining the high quality of services.
The primary benefit of working with BPEA CONSULTING in the nearshoring model is the very good value for money. Compared to commonly used offshoring of SAP services (e.g. in the Far East) the advantages of SAP nearshoring with BPEA CONSULTING are: cultural affinity and ease of communication, as well as a higher quality of services.

SAP bodyleasing is a form of cooperation that involves the long-term ’provision’ of a BPEA CONSULTING specialist to the customer. SAP application management
SAP application management (or remote support for SAP users, SAP application support) is a remote assistance service provided by the BPEA CONSULTING Outsourcing Center. It is intended to help the customer’s SAP users solve problems occuring during ongoing operation of the system.
The SAP application management service complements each other with the SAP Maintenance and offers the customers the so-called second support line. The application management is a point of contact for service notifications of the customer and guarantees:
Solving problems that are not suitable for support by the manufacturer of the SAP software as part of the SAP Maintenance Agreement
Forwarding of other problems to the manufacturer's service

SAP Administration
BPEA CONSULTING Outsourcing Center provides services in administration of customers’ SAP systems – both systems in hosting or collocation, as well as remotely. We supervise the security and performance of systems in use on a continuous basis and provide assistance in planning system development.
The customers’ systems are connected to BPEA CONSULTING central monitoring systems. Therefore, the BPEA CONSULTING Outsourcing Center administrators are pro-actively informed online about the occurrence of any events which might affect the security and stability of SAP systems.
Depending on the needs of the Outsourcing Center customer, BPEA CONSULTING:
takes over full responsibility for the administration of systems (SAP administration outsourcing)
supports the Customer’s administrators remotely (SAP administration support) by carrying out regular reviews of systems on request

SAP Maintenance
The BPEA CONSULTING Outsourcing Center provides an SAP maintenance service (the so-called SAP manufacturer’s support). Depending on the customer’s needs, we provide SAP maintenance through the SAP Standard Support model or the SAP Enterprise Support model.
The SAP maintenance complements each other with the SAP application management (support for SAP users) that applies to customers as the so-called second support line. The application management is a point of contact for service notifications of customers and enables solving problems that are not suitable for support by the manufacturer of the SAP software as part of the SAP Maintenance Agreement as well as forwarding of other problems to the manufacturer's service.
